We manufacture tools to combat COVID-19 - Area Project Solutions

In response to the growing demand for masks due to the COVID-19 crisis, at AREA PROJECT we have decided to take a step forward and participate in a solidarity initiative in line with our Corporate Social Responsibility policy.

From our headquarters located in the Castilla-La Mancha Science and Technology Park in Albacete, we are manufacturing reusable and washable protection tools free of charge using 3D printing technology.

This initiative takes as a reference a set of prototypes created and tested by Sicnova, which has created a working group of biotechnology experts, who verify and analyze that all prototypes are valid for use. In addition to AREA PROJECT, leading companies such as Ferrovial, Ultimaker, Smart Materials 3D, Arcelor Mittal, Forward AM and Meltio collaborate in this initiative.

We firmly believe that the commitment to technology and digital manufacturing are, today, part of the way to stop the contagion by coronavirus.
